1. Booking with Quick Flights

Quick Flights acts as an independent travel agent. When you make a booking, your contract is with the relevant airline or travel provider, and their terms and conditions apply. We provide the platform and expertise to facilitate these arrangements.

2. Pricing and Availability

All quotes provided are subject to availability and can change at the time of booking. "Agent Only" fares often have specific restrictions which will be communicated during the quotation process. Prices are only guaranteed once the booking is fully paid and tickets are issued.

3. Financial Protection

Every flight-inclusive holiday we sell is financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay for your travel, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Our IATA accreditation ensures we adhere to the highest standards of the airline industry.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

Any cancellation or amendment to your booking must be made in writing. Airlines typically charge fees for changes, and some discounted fares may be entirely non-refundable. Quick Flights may also charge a service fee for processing these changes.

5. Travel Documents

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health certifications for their destination. Quick Flights cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in selecting our airline and travel partners, Quick Flights is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during travel, nor for any delays or cancellations caused by the primary service providers.
